Terms & Conditions

1. Cost may differ at the time of booking.
2. Booking amount is 40% of the total tour cost. Balance amounts need to pay 1 month prior to departure.
3- If booking date is lesser than 1 month to departure then 100% amount need to pay at the time of booking.

DAY 1 – Arrival at Mauritius
Arrive at Mauritius. Meet our local representative and proceed to hotel. Remaining day is free for leisure.

DAY 2 – Full Day North Mauritius Tour
After breakfast proceed to North Mauritius Tour. Discover the North region of Mauritius on its many sights. This tour offers you to discover and visit all the main tourist sights, attractions and places of interest of the North of Mauritius. This is a Private Tour, only for you to go in a private vehicle.
As part of this tour you will visit many attractions and sights in one day:
• Mauritius National Botanical garden
• Visit of the city of Port Louis – The Capital of Mauritius
• Port Louis’ waterfront area including Caudan Shopping complex
• Port Louis main market
• Port Louis craft market
• Fort Adelaide Port Louis (La Citadelle)

DAY 3 – Full Day South Mauritius tour
Explore the south west of Mauritius. Visiting Floreal Adamas Jewellery and Le Port ship Model Factory shop, Trou aux cerf, Grand Bassin, Gorges Natural Park, Alexandra Fall, Black River Gorges Water Fall and View Point, La Rhumerie de Chamarel (Distillery), Chamarel Waterfall and 7 colored Earth, and Case Noyale panoramic view point of the south west of Mauritius.

DAY 4 – Ile aux cerfs day Cruise

Departing at 0930 from Trou D’eau Douce we set sail for a cruise towards the
stunning GRSE waterfalls nearby. There, you will be welcomed by amazing green
sceneries and if you’re lucky, some monkeys may come to greet you. After that, our
boat will slide through the glimmer of the turquoise water and bring you to the
perfect snorkeling spot. Lunch will be served just after.
You may relax on the sun-drenched deck or enjoy the stunning views of the lagoon.
After lunch we’ll up the anchor and take you to the famous paradise island: Ile aux
Cerfs where you can take it easy on the beach. You’ll be back to the mainland by
1600, but your found memories of the day will live forever.

DAY 5 – Free Day

Entire day is free for relaxation and shopping.

DAY 6 – Departure from Mauritius

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to airport to board the flight to your hometown with happy memories.

1.15% cancellation charges if cancel between booking date to 30 days prior to departure 

2. 50% cancellation charges if cancel between 15 to 29 days prior to departure.

3. 70% cancellation charges if cancel between 7 to 14 days prior to departure. 

4. 100% Cancellation charges in cancel between 0 to 7 days prior to departure. 

5. Air Ticket – Actual cancellation charges from airline + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP. 

6. Train Ticket – Actual Cancellation charges of train ticket + 5% cancellation charges of Sanvihan Tours LLP. 

7. Hotel Booking – Actual cancellation charges from Hotel + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP  

8. Bus Booking –  Actual cancellation charges from Hotel + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP 

9. Car Rental – Actual cancellation charges from Hotel + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP 

10. No refund will be given in the case of any on tour cancellation due to natural calamities/Local Dispute/etc.
