Tour Cost Includes

1- 5 Nights hotel stay as per your choice of cost.
2- Daily breakfast and dinner at hotel.
3- All the transfers and sightseeing through private vehicle as per your group size.
4- All the vehicle related charges – Toll, Parking, Driver allowance, fuel charges.

Exclusion (Not Included)

1- Any train or air ticket (we can book it on additional charges as per your dates).
2-Meals other than mentioned in the inclusions.
3- Any sightseeing entry fees/ pony or Horse charges/ any guide charges/ Monument
charges.
4- Any personal charges – Laundry/ Shopping/ Telephone charges/ etc.
5- Any other thing not mentioned in the inclusions.
6- GST 5% on total cost.

Terms & Conditions

1. Cost may differ at the time of booking.
2. Booking amount is 40% of the total tour cost. Balance amounts need to pay 1 month prior to departure.
3- If booking date is lesser than 1 month to departure then 100% amount need to pay at the time of booking.

DAY 1 – Arrive at Delhi/ Chandigarh – Shimla
Arrive at Delhi/ Chandigarh airport/ railway station, meet our local representative and proceed to Shimla. (distance from Chandigarh to Shimla is 114 km around 4 hrs journey and distance from Delhi to Shimla is 360 km around 8 hrs journey). After reaching check in to the hotel for some relaxation. Remaining day is free for leisure activities.

DAY 2 – Shimla Local Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed to Kufri. Kufri is a tiny hill station located near Shimla. It is famous for its trekking and hiking trails. Adventure-seeking travellers’ throng Kufri in winters to enjoy skiing and tobogganing along its snow-covered slopes. Kufri is also famous for its nature parks and picnic spots. Later this afternoon take a walking tour of Shimla, visit the Jakhoo hills that offer a panoramic view of the town, visit the Vice Regal Lodge and walk down the Mall Road. Overnight stay at Shimla Hotel.

DAY 3 –Shimla – Manali
After breakfast checkout from the Shimla and proceed to Manali
(Distance from Shimla to Manali is around 240 Km around 8 hrs
journey). After reaching check in to the hotel for dinner and
overnight stay.

DAY 4 – Manali Local Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed to Manali local sightseeing. visiting the
450 years old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, which has
some excellent woodcarving. You also visit the Tibetan
Monastery, VanViharika, Mall Road and the handicraft centre.
The rest of the day at leisure OR walk to the nearby picturesque
village of Vashisht known for its hot sulphur springs. Stay
overnight at Manali.

DAY 5 – Full day Sollang Valley sightseeing

After Breakfast proceed to full day excursion to Solang Vally to
enjoy the pure beauty of Himachal, where you can enjoy various
sports and activities like Zorbing, Quad Biking, Snowmobiling,
sking, paragliding. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner
and overnight stay.
Or you can visit Atal Tunnel and Sisu Valley or Rohtang Pass on
additional Cost.

DAY 6 – Manali – Chandigarh / Delhi

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and proceed to
Chandigarh/ Delhi airport / railway station (Distance from Manali
to Chandigarh is around 273 Km around 8 hrs journey and
distance from Manali to Delhi is 575 KM) to board the flight / Train
to your Hometown with happy memories.

3. 70% cancellation charges if cancel between 7 to 14 days prior to departure.

5. Air Ticket – Actual cancellation charges from airline + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP. 

6. Train Ticket – Actual Cancellation charges of train ticket + 5% cancellation charges of Sanvihan Tours LLP. 

7. Hotel Booking – Actual cancellation charges from Hotel + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP  

8. Bus Booking –  Actual cancellation charges from Hotel + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP 

9. Car Rental – Actual cancellation charges from Hotel + 5% cancellation charges from Sanvihan Tours LLP 

10. No refund will be given in the case of any on tour cancellation due to natural calamities/Local Dispute/etc.
